Mali offers a compelling experience for adventurous travelers, particularly those from Senegal, due to its rich history and culture. Mali poses significant safety concerns for tourists, particularly when compared to Senegal. According to the Global Peace Index, Mali ranks 151st out of 160 countries, while Senegal is much safer at 82nd.
