With around 300,000 Cubans traveling internationally each year, a portion may find Rwanda an intriguing option for their travels.
Rwanda is generally considered safe for tourists, including those from Cuba. According to the Global Peace Index, Rwanda ranks 90th out of 160 countries, making it safer than Cuba, which ranks 96th.
