With a developing tourism infrastructure, including nearly 3,000 hotels listed on TripAdvisor, it is increasingly able to cater to various traveler needs. This attractiveness may resonate with a segment of Afghanistan's 40 million population.
Pakistan is relatively safer for tourists coming from Afghanistan, based on various indices.
